Refreshing a living space with thoughtful furnishing and decoration can breathe new life into any home. A charming couple from Barcelona approached me, wanting to feel more at home in their rented flat. They were unsure of exactly what was missing or how to transform their space into one that was both aesthetically pleasing and welcoming for everyday living and entertaining guests. Mindful of their budget, we embarked on this creative journey together, seamlessly integrating the existing furniture into a refreshed design.

Refreshing a space through furnishing and decoration.
In a series of engaging online meetings, we had the pleasure of working closely with our client to dive deep into her needs and dreams for her space. We uncovered the key challenges she faced and learned about her personal desires and lifestyle. As we progressed, we introduced a diagnostic report that offered a glimpse into potential solutions, covering essential aspects like the selection of new furniture, decor, and lighting to breathe new life into her space. Together, we identified a decorative style she was inspired by, guiding her towards furniture choices that not only matched her taste but also fit her budget beautifully.
To make the decision-making process smooth and enjoyable, we crafted Photoshop mood boards, offering visual narratives of different design possibilities. In the final step of our collaborative journey, we provided a detailed guide complete with links to all the recommended items for purchase, ensuring a seamless path to realising her vision for the perfect space.

Our clients are embracing the project in stages, tailored to their own rhythm. The transformation, even at this stage, is striking.
The first phase introduced a blend of cozy and elegant touches: a rug, wooden chairs, ceiling and standing lamps, a mirror, wall shelves, and a bar trolley, alongside rearranged decor. The effect is immediate and harmonious.
The next step will see the hall and vinyl corner come alive with a new sideboard, extra lamps, and more decor, further enhancing the space’s charm and functionality. Each phase is a step closer to a beautifully realized vision.
