PARADISE HOUSE
Located in a Grade 2 listed building on Paradise Street in the heart of Liverpool's historic center, this project involved furnishing, decorating, and styling a flat to enhance its appeal for holiday rentals and to attract potential buyers. Each room was carefully curated, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. The results exceeded expectations, leading to high occupancy and culminating in a profitable sale of the property, fully furnished. This project underscores the transformative impact of expert design on property value and appeal.
Living Room
An industrial-chic ambiance has been curated where functionality meets style. A versatile sofa bed and a Nordic-style coffee table add to the room's unique charm. The TV rack crafted in rich dark wood adds sophistication. Lush plants and charming watercolour bird portraits infuse personality, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.
Work desk
Working from home has become a necessity. Our remote work corner features the sleek String walnut wood shelving system, surrounded by selected decor and botanical elements, inspiring creativity and productivity.
Kitchen& Dining
In this integrated design, the dining area radiates a warm industrial feel with a mango wood table and robust leather chairs, complemented by a bench covered with wool for added texture. The warm tones of the wood and leather beautifully complement the kitchen's blue brick backdrop.

The kitchen counter is fully equipped with all essential hospitality appliances, ensuring guest satisfaction and consistently earning high ratings for these crucial amenities.
The Bar
Step into our dreamy bar area with a high table and velour chairs, offering a cozy setting for memorable moments. The pine wood shelf adorned with botanical delights and ambient lighting adds magic to the evenings.
Hallway
It combines style with functionality, showcasing the building's original brick wall, accented by a mango wood sideboard and a round mirror to enhance sophistication and spaciousness. Practical features like a shoe rack, coat hooks, and multifunctional seating with storage ensure the space is as functional as it is stylish, with decorations that maintain a cohesive aesthetic.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom showcases a charming mix of Nordic and industrial styles, highlighted by a botanical theme. Bright orange and yellow tones, complementing lush greenery, stand out. Black-framed illustrations echo the gunmetal bedside tables, blending with the cushions and rugs for visual harmony. An oak wood bed and vibrant plants bring tranquility and freshness to the room. Golden accents in the wall sconces and ceiling lamp add elegance, enriching the room's ambiance.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom showcases a boho-tribal style with an industrial twist, centered around the previously existing dark wall. The symmetry of wall sconces and mirrors is disrupted by rattan ornaments, creating an intricate focal point. A dark brown leather bed, a metal chair, and an industrial ceiling lamp enhance the room's ambiance. Linen pillows with tribal graphics against the black-and-white backdrop provide an interesting contrast.
